I need someone who has experience in coding APP'S for IOS and Android to create a simple educational app that uses the recording function of the iphone/android. The recording will need to be able to be played back later. The applicant shoud be able to: Make a polished looking and functional APP (clean code/ no bugs). Make the UI design according to the latest IOS Guidelines. Be able to integrate video (to be provided), Flashlight and Recording functions. Have experience launching on both platforms. Have at least 300 hours on Freelancer & a 5 star ratting. Be able to provide a solid APP portfolio, that is functional, polished and meets expectations. Has pride in their work, delivers on time and always strives for the best results.
