android questions for android market place

Need some advice on getting my app onto Google Play. Actually I have it there but not activated. Need some answers to some questions about Free versus For Fee and how to switch from Free to For Fee apps. Also, if you know some jQuery, my app was written in jQuery (not by me) and I want to know how I can put links in this app to other apps I have in Google Play. The main point of this project is to answer the question about Free versus paying but if you can do the jQuery link as well please say so in your bid. Thanks. The question is really about what this means: "Please note that once you have published an application for free, you cannot later add a price to that app. You'll need to create new app with your APK and add a price." I am not sure what constitutes a new app. I use Phonegap Build to compile the app. In the manifest file that has something like this: id = "com.Inouyuour.Inliner3-5" version = "0.0.1" If I changed either the id or the version would this be changing the app? Or does it have to do with what I name the app in Google Android's developer console. For example in the developer console it says "Listing" (see attachment) and then "Title (English)". If I change that does that constitute changing the app? Anyone know this?
