Android accelerometer app

I want a VERY simple application that uses the Android phones built in accelerometer to display both lateral g-force and g-force for acceleration. It should simply be shown on the screen of the device as two simple numbers, one for lateral g-force and another for acceleration g-force. It should show both negative and positive g-force for each.
Something like the following, but without any pretty gui.

Obviously needs to be coded in Java and full source code should also be included. Need application completing asap.
