App for iOs and Android

Hello, We need an app for iOs and Android. The app have to be integrated with google maps (the primary function is to be a navigator for motorcyclists) but with the option to add "danger token" easily. The app have to: - act as navigator (exactly like google maps) - create user (possibly with google-facebook-twitter credentials) - create danger token easily and fast following these process: if during the navigation (so while driving a motorcycle) the rider see a danger, it just have to push on his location on the navigation scree. after the first touch, 4 large rectangles of different colors appear (Generic Danger/Police/Dirty Street/Traffic-Incident), so the driver can easily set the danger token in the right position in 2-3 seconds. This token will stay on the map for the next 12 hrs (or until a higher level user remove/modify it) - when the driver push on a rectangle, the app automatically lock the position - when the driver leave a danger token, every other app user that is actually driving near his position receive a notify by the app. The token appears in the navigation' screen of every user app too. - the user can set an auto-share function for each danger token leave (automatic - he can't do it while driving) - App need a user level system: every action made by drivers (add/remove/modify danger tokens) give them some points. - every user can modify/delete danger token leaved by lower (or equal) level), like/dislike comment dangerous token. OPTIONAL POINT: - Integrate the app' notify system The app need a dedicated server. We can discuss the cost of set it up in a second moment, but if you want to have this project you have to be able to do it.
