animation 2D/3D

i send you the gust faces and create some dancing figures and dances of them in animation (2D or 3D anything) (this could be funny, interactive and maybe easier than option 1) (i think we should do this, please suggest) (i will provide you with images of people - you need to give me video files of them in cartoon character dancing and having fun) (you need to submit to me a 60 minute video) (and i will send maybe 100 peoples photos) (it should not be vulgar or bad...it must be decent...) (better and newer technology is better. for example 3D or anything else you would want to let me know) (the video will also have some nice effect of fire, thunderstorm, rain etc....and with those people dancing in animated 3D characters....use of amazing effects and colors...and stuff) (also let me know what format you will submit the file in -- is it flexible, can i let you know the format...or is it going to be a set format file that you will be submitting) (the video does not have to have sound)
