Animation Services- Quotation Request

We have a project that may possibly take off soon and would like a quotation from you, please see below the basic brief. We would like to produce a series of 4 videos each video will have the following features: animations, concept art of characters and environment, storyboard, 3D modelling, texturing, rigging, animation, pre-visualization, lighting & rendering, final composition and editing. All videos will have Arabic voice over with English captions which will appear on the screen at the same time and, the voiceover length will match the original video which is 180 seconds (3 minutes) for each video. We have the approved English script (approx. 450 words) and the chosen voice over (sourced from [login to view URL]) for the first video, sample can be provided. As a guide could you share a quote for each video so we may have an idea of costs, also please advise how long it would take you to produce such a video. Below are the styles we are looking at, the video basically will be introducing a new hospital to the UAE market.
