digitaly painted animation

I am looking for a STUDIO (NO FREELANCERS PLEASE) that can do a digital paint over of frames of character animation. We have a short animated film with 3d characters animated but want the final animation to be digitally painted frames. So the job would be to take the animation of the characters and paint over the animation in a specific painting style. You can see the style in the attachment. The short film is about 4:30 sec and the job has to be done in 3 months, so we are looking for a studio that has minimum 2-4 people available to work which can paint over about 20 frames per day (they only have to paint over the characters, the backgrounds are all made). The job starts after July. All final candidates for the job will have to do a small test.
