Anti Flag craigslist script

I do ad postings on craigslist and recently my ads have been removed by “flaggers” apparently using one of the many flagging programs available to the public. It will have to be bullet proof against [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] I need a program to help protect my craigslist ads that keep getting flagged. I need to make them sticky by having a proxy server that will flag them as "best of craigslist" I need someone to design software that will make my adds bullet-proof. I would expect the software to be designed, to withstand at least 1,000-2,000 flags before the ad goes down. Also, the software must be user friendly so that ads can be easily posted. If the software just generates code that i input into the ad that would be ideal. But i am looking for an all around solution to this problem. THIS PROGRAM MUST BE TESTED. 1st WILL PUT $$ IN ESCROW AND IF ADS STAY ALIVE FOR 48 HOURS PAYMENT WILL BE RELEASED IF ADS ARE STILL VISIBLE. PLEASE PM ME WITH YOUR STRATEGY OF HOW YOU WILL ACCOMPLISH THIS!!!
