Animated Character

I currently have a children's picture book written. I am looking for someone who can take my main character of the book and animate him as an avatar or cartoon character to star in a video ad to promote the book i wrote. I want to use this animated video ad on all the social networks. I want this character to be FULLY animated, not just his mouth and arms. You will need to be creative, I will provide voice over and script for this character. Scenery, backgroud, etc will be left up to your creativity. The voice over will be 1 min. I would like for a clickable link in the video that will direct the user to purchase the book.
