Building Web Traffic in Asia

I have a golf website that sells headcovers for golf bags that I would like to build traffic for in Asia. I have no experience in Asia, I am looking for assistance and recommendations on how to do so. This should include recommendations on building traffic in asia; search engines in particular countries that should be registered for; business platforms that we should become members of, affiliate programs in asia we may want to join, link exchange recommendations, etc. For example, for north america, it may be registering for particular search engines; pursuing link exchanges with particular companies, setting up an ebay store, submitting the products for sale via craigslist or other networks. I don't know. However, the winning bidder will have experience in building traffic in asia and will be able to outline to me in specific terms how to do so. The successful bidder will have a long relationship with us that will start with this direction, strategy and recommendations, and could evolve into on-going SEO work if the winning bidder has experience and interest in that area.
