Cartoon Drawing needed

Hello, I need a cartoon drawing of a child preferably 8 - 9 years old wearing a cap (sideways) and showing 'the finger'. Should be clad in a T-shirt that says 'JOSH' and shorts. Looking for a mildly dirty outlook :) The drawing could be in black outlines since the background that I have planned is white. OR If you feel your drawing would look good in a different perspective, do let me know. Could be a winking boy. The choice and ideas are yours. I would love to share some ideas regarding this. The concept behind the cartoon is that - It targets the youth of today (who basically give a damn). Your ideas would be appreciated. I have some ideas as to how the cartoon might/would look like. Therefore have attached an image along with my request. I don't have a HUGE budget for this kind of work since I need this for a college poster. If you can draw / sketch this sort of a cartoon, do bid. I am seriously wanting this as quickly as possible. The drawing could be emailed in PSD format or TIF depending on what platform is being used. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Photoshop / Illustrator or just plain art.
