Article writing with research

I have a Kitchen related website. I'm after real good content but it must be original. I don't mind rewritten articles but NOT 100% word for word copied, In fact I need it re-written 100% in your own words. A good example is [login to view URL] There are a few articles there which are perfect, but as they are also in Australia, I can't blatantly copy their content. Another must is your content must be researched and adequate to the Australian market. We use the metric system for measurements, so don't Americanize the content. Photo's used must also relevant to Australian styles. Topics to be covered would include: Anything Do It Yourself Kitchen renovations; i.e. Different colour choices for doors & worktops that compliment one another. References to Australian suppliers would be a must. How to articles: How to install a flat pack kitchen etc. How to decorate on a budget etc What style kitchen is trending. Almost anything to do with kitchen renovations. Actually you would like to create lots of topics so don't be to broad in the conversation, keep the topic precise to one part of the whole renovation, so you have more to write about in the next article. The more you break it up into sub headings, the more content I can buy off you. You can research stats, again based in Australia, from Government departments for facts & figures about housing etc. These can be put into articles also. This is an ongoing job, I need someone who is not after the fast money but a long term relationship. You give a price based on approx 300 word articles, for each price. I will not release milestones before you start, you can't sub contract the work to a third party. I will require to view each article before I release funds.
