Content Writer

I have acquired some new clients (20) for my small web hosting company. The new customers don't know me and I would like to send them an introduction and welcome email.

I think the email should cover the following topics:

• intorduction - my company who we are

• Insurance story - my insurer sold my account over to another company and 1 year later i just got a bill with no explanation. i don't want the new customers to have the same experience

• Whats required - overview on what will happen with their websites. eg migration from old host to my hosting. Domain name updates problems that may arise. Email passwords will need to be updated on their computers.

• Contact information - if the new customer wants to meet and have a coffee i am more than happy for that to happen

• Billing - i am honouring previous expiry dates but after that period i will be billing at what my costs are. how i accept payment (Credit card or bank transfer) if payment is more than 3 week late my system will automatically turn off the hosting.

i would like the content to feel friendly and welcoming. i love the way the blogs are written on this website [url removed, login to view] and would like mine to feel the same.

i am time poor so ideally if this could be completed with minimal direction it would be ideal.

I would assume the successful application would be engaged to complete a few other little content items i need to completed as well
