Content Writing

What I would like you to do is research, in a small way, why so many organizations encourage and support their employees when there are opportunities to help their communities and those people in need. Why do businesses give their employees time off from their jobs to do work in their communities? Why is that important? What does the company gain? What does the employee gain? It is not just 'feeling good', it's something bigger. I'd like you to find out what some of the reasons are. Then explain it as well as you can to me. You only need to write 2 or 3 pages on the topic. Try to explain how YOU might 'fit in' in situations that require you to help others and organizations & those who receive the help. There is a book, hopefully in the library by Mark Sanborn called "You Don't Need a Title to be a Leader". It is very small and you do not need to read it all to understand what Mr. Sanborn is saying. DO NOT simply repeat what Mr. Sanborn is saying. You could also speak to your former classmates and ask them what they learned with their team's project. I would like you to turn in your 2-3 page paper on this topic of Learning something by providing a Service to someone or some organization
