As a former trainer for competitive exams such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, TOEFL and IELTS I have considerable command of the language. I also have excellent writing skills and have written articles on a variety of subjects.
The highest point on the island, the village of Terra Murata, is the oldest settlement on the island. The island’s turbulent history is evident in the construction of this place whose name itself means ‘walled earthwork’. Not only is it walled but the houses are also built without spaces which gives a forbidding aspect when one looks upon it from the outside. Once one is inside, however, a new aspect opens up as the place offers up beautiful views of the Bay of Naples and an atmosphere that is quite medieval. Notable attractions are the Palazzo D’Avalos and the Abbey of San Michele Arcangelo.
This is part of an article I wrote about the Island of Procida in Italy.
