Design/Compose orchestra and bass line for my song and teach me how to do it.

My budget is 80$ including freelancer fee. I have rough arrangement of my song, my song is simple and there are not much variations in it. It just needs very subtle orchestral addition. You design it and i will finalize because I have vision that how should it sound like.

My requirements

*You will provide me MIDI and Wav stems.

*The orchestra's sound should be high quality and very close to the real.

*Be ready for revisions and experiments until i am satisfied with the feel and sound of orchestra.
