CAD Drawing for Steel Fabrication - repost 2

Company requires industrial drawings created for a novel piece of steel fabrication. The company requires a specialised steel clip created to simplify some of its internal production processes. The steel clip may be similar to a carabiner clip: [login to view URL] …though must be flatter, wider and slightly bigger. High-level Specification: • Material = Steel • Length = 12 cm • Width = 7 cm • Thickness of main plate, approximately = 0.2 to 0.5 cm • Thickness of spring fastening plate approximately = 0.2 to 0.5 cm Features: • Curved at the bottom to allow a round bar to be held. Bar will measure 1.5 cm to 3 cm diameter • Over plate or fastening plate to prevent grasped bar from exiting unintentionally • Punched whole at top of plate to allow it to be clipped or hung on other apparatus Notably: • The steel clip once fabricated will be expected to bare weights in excess of 150kg There is an oppurtunity for further projects for the right consultant.
