Autocad Drafting and ETABS/SAFE columns/frame and foundation modeling

drawing the building (sheet A-1, A-2) decide where to add new element and what element to use : we either add cantilever columns (two columns sticking out of foundation without a steel beam on top - they have pad squad foundations and the foundations are tied together using a grade beam) or we use moment frame hinged at bottom (two columns with steel beam on top with rigid connections sitting on small single foundations with hinged connection at bottom). we should decide where to add the new elements we calculate the earthquake force we model the new lateral-force resisting system (columns or frames) using a software like etabs and we get the report in word file we model the foundation in software we prepare sheets S-2 and S-3 we update details sheet S-4 we prepare calculation report At this point, I want to give you more responsibility and pay you more. I want to give you following items from above list : (1), (4), (5), (6), (7). So two new responsibilities are added in this new project (4) and (5).
