Banner Creative Needed

Project posted by Intech Media Solutions We are a large media buying firm and we require a professional ad/creative designer to design and resize our banner Ad creatives. We are very selective with who we work with, therefore you will be competing with other designers for this position. If you are successful you will be getting continuous work from us i.e. at the minimum 50 Ads weekly to resize and/or design. Here are some of the qualities we look for in a creative designer Quick turn around of work (VERY IMPORTANT) Work of the highest standard Rich Media (not compulsory but a bonus) Reasonable fee Be able to understand very quickly what’s required Accessible Reliable We are currently working in the “weightloss” category, you will be working in this category with us. Your job will be: 1. Look at our powerpoint presentation provided- this explains all you need to know about designing creative for us 2. Look at our sample ads – these are ads in our current category (weightloss) that have done very well- you will be using these ads as your starting point- use the instructions in the powerpoint slides to imitate these ads and improve upon them 3. Provide us with 10 ads for the weight loss category- be as creative as you can but adhere to our guidelines in the powerpoint slides (obviously use our sample ads to imitate/work from – remember, don’t change what is already working out there, just tweak them (change small things in them) 4. These sample ads are what is working out there, so use them in determining your ad structure 5. You will provide us with 3 versions of each ad: one gif file with unlimited looping, one gif file with only 3 loops, and one photoshop file of the ad that you worked from to produce the other two versions. If we like your ads, then you will get continuous work. We will spend no more than $10 for an ad. Remember that if we choose to work with you after this initial project of 10 ads, we will be giving you a minimum of 50 ads work a week- some weeks we may even need 100-200, sometimes even more. The price that you charge ($1-$10) per ad/creative will also be considered when deciding who to work with after this project. Once we accept you for this trial project, I will then send you info on our clients (the companies that your ads will be promoting) and also the ad sizes that we require, so you can get started.
