Chemical Deformulation of surf wax. The project will require the exact formulation and process at completion, based on samples provided by us. There are 5 types of surf wax (same brand but different ones for vary water temperatures.....Base Coat, Cold below 60 F, Cool 58-68 F, Warm 64-74 F and Tropical above 75 F). The waxes should contain the same ingredients but in different ratios. We want to know the exact ingredients and quantities that are used to manufacture the product.

We, Bridgedots Techservices, are a Technology Research & Consultancy company based out of India. We expertise in chemicals, polymers, materials & composites. Our team is a mix of Chemical Engineers & Master of Sciences (MSc.) in Chemistry. We have a lab setup for product development and almost all material testing facilities for reverse engineering including Flexural Strength, Compressive strength, DSC, TGA, XPS, FT-IR, XRD, XRF and many others. In one of our projects, we are developing a process to extract sugarcane wax out of a waste stream of sugar mills. We are trying to develop our product so that it can be used as polish in automobile industry. Thus we have extensive knowledge of the product you are seeking and also the infrastructure to execute your project. Normally our approach for a project like yours would be consist of three phases: 1. Prior Art and Reverse Engineering: It would consist of studying patents and research journals for identifying composition of similar products used in the market. After prior art we go for analytical testing on the sample you will send and would try to estimate the ingredients/composition of you product. 2. Product Development: This part of the project can be done by us at our lab or you can do it at your facility under our guidance. It would consist of developing the product by experimenting with a range of composition 3. Testing of product: Testing of the product developed would be done as per relevant standards to benchmark our products against similar products in the market. We can customize the process of reverse engineering according to your convenience as well. Please share the MSDS and any other details of the product you have. Also reply how would you like to move forward with the project. We can send a detailed proposal consisting of roadmap, scope of work and project cost accordingly.
