Dear Developer, We are looking for a Blackberry Application development company and NOT freelancers to produce our fairly simple application. This project is a pilot project to identify vendors for our coming projects. I need a smart phone (Blackberry) application does the following thing: 1. Create a XML/Text/CSV file on call start and call end. 2. Capture IMEI, SIM Number, call start, call end, Carrier (GSM or CDMA), Vendor (Airtel, BSNL etc), few more radio parameter like ecno/IRAT Handover Failure Rate/RRC/BLER and then post to a webservice (we will provide you webservice). 3. This application is background application, and will NOT be having any UI. 4. Application should not stop, interrupt any kind of incoming or outgoing call. Once I select the vendor, I will send him the webservice details, which will take only one parameter (string/varchar). Let’s assume: SaveBlackBerryData(string data); Interested parties must be happy to sign NDA and work remotely as a part of our small but efficient team. As I said, this is pilot project to see your capability and coding standards, which will help us in shortlist our future vendors. We may select 2-3 vendors. Please bid hourly. As we are Asian company, please DON'T expect US/UK hourly rates. If you think you can't compete in rates, then sorry, please don't bid and save your time. If possible: Please add more information about your company, formation date, company capabilities and team size with your bid.
