Assist me with Bulk Marketing

We own a specialized digital media company, entailing live steam advertising (video adds, Poster adds, & a word ticker) fully controlled from a central control room, specialized soft ware, running through customized server, from a central control room, consisting of: a) 120 (current) Flat screen TV's (And development at a rate of an additional 120 screens per month (ongoing, permanently - target, already financed - 200,000 screens)) b) Each screen fully equipped with 3G for real live streaming of adds from central control room c) Each screen equipped with GPRS tracking d) Screens mounted into South African Taxi vehicles, nationally e) Running in complete partnership, and supported by SANTACO & our company What must be done: 1) The marketing individual must sell the advertisement capacity, including 30 second standard video adds (around 40 to 50 typical large SA companies required), 15 second still poster adds (around 50 to 60 large SA companies required), and as many as possible ticker type add materials (mobile competitions, etc etc) 2) Service / product to be sold: Month after month hundreds of thousands of add impressions per company (and increasing sporadically monthly, at no xtra cost), for the 50 to 60 companies exposed to 2/3's (30,000,000 commuters / day) of the total SA population, twice per day streamed, on their way to work and back 3) Forward sell 1 year of the above exposure, at half price - 50% discount - (6 month cost) 4) Approximate cost of R790,000 per company for video adds, for the / a one year contract. Contract could be extended without time limit, after year one, month by month, or again, a year in advance at 50% discount 5) Approximate cost of R170,000 per company for poster adds, for the / a one year contract. Contract could be extended without time limit, after year one, month by month, or again, a year in advance at 50% discount 6) Sell off of to 50 to 60 companies for video adds and 50 to 60 companies for poster adds must be sold within 30 to 60 days (or as close as possible to this time frame !), with full service and support from ourselves, doing presentations to the new potential clients - potential client list already identified) 7) Once above implemented the individual (potential regional team to be developed to assist) must permanently manage the full national ongoing operation, permanently 8) Salary: R50,000 / month for first 3 months & once all of above is implemented, salary of R250,000 per month, ongoing 9) Starting Date: Immediately !
