Create web-based self service provisioning portal based on provisioner.net class/library

Create a web-based self service provisioning portal to support the following devices. [login to view URL] Cisco/Linksys Grandstream Polycom Snom Yealink [login to view URL] The portal will write phone configuration files and serve them to multiple users with unique account ID's. Endpoint devices will automatically be provisioned upon start up after each device is programmed to pull from this provisioning server. The endpoint devices may use one of the following protocols to request it's configuration. TFTP/FTP/HTTP/HTTPS Each user will have the ability to move, add, change, delete all devices within their account. To get started the user would access account and input the following in the portal for each device. MAC Address - Input the MAC address of device. Phone Type - What model or type of device. (phones type might be known based on MAC address) Timezone - Ability to set timezone for device. Each user shall be presented with additional device configuration options based on the [login to view URL] class/library. Phase 1. Build portal GUI to support Polycom devices and test for proper provisioning. Once this milestone has been satisfactorily completed continue to phase 2. Phase 2. Add additional supported devices from list and test for proper provisioning. Cisco/Linksys Grandstream Snom Yealink I'm looking for a developer that has experience with and understands the phone provisioning process.
