DC-9 MIP review and edits for Aging Aircraft programs

Commercial Aircraft Maintenanence Program Planning. I am developing / updating an operators MIP to incorporate all Aging AIrcraft programs under FAR's 121.1105, 121.1107, 121.1109, 121,1111, 121.1113. Looking for experience with evaluating 121 FAR's. Prefer DC-9 / MD80 experience or Douglas AIrcraft of some type. Proficient with MS Word and pdf editing. If you have any experience in understanding an MIP and building or adding tasks to it, you may be the person I need. I have a large portion of the research done. It's editing to the MIP to get the research data into a workable program and get task cards created / editted as needed. I am estimating 100 man hours for this project to be completed.
