I am in the early stage of starting my restaurant. I have a nearly finished business plan, a great team around me, and a foundational menu. I held a small taste testing event for my menu last month, and although it went well, there are still some recipes that must be fixed. The problem is that my original chef lives out of state. Therefore, I am looking for a chef to whom I can share my menu with, and from there will get in the kitchen with me to finalize all my recipes. This may be a two or three day job, and I do not mind paying, however; I also am not opposed to sharing equity with someone who wants to be in this restaurant for the long term with me. I assure you the spin I have on my restaurant is revolutionary. Must have experience creating menus for restaurants.
