Spear-headed the continual development of an online Environmental Plot Generator in TCL for the NASA Infrared Telescope Facility located on the Summit of Mauna Kea on the Big Island of Hawaii. The system would take measurements in the form of temperature, humidity, wind speed and direction and plot them in a PDF format to assist astronomers and associated scientists in determining acceptable weather conditions for astronomy activities.
