Delphi/C++ Builder | VCL Component Development

Hiello, If you are not a Delphi or C++ Builder expert then please do not proceed with the viewing of this project. We have developered a C++ VCL component which is very similar to the standard slider component on the controls palette. Our version provides some additional functionality. We need to use this control in conjunction with a 3rd Party VCL component called Express Org Chart (See [login to view URL] for more info). Quite simply each element in the chart needs to have ourt slider VCL component associated with it. Furthermore, each row needs to add up to 100% (please view the screen shot that I have attached to this project). Within our organisation we have C++ and Delphi experts - however we are experimenting to see whether it is cheaper to outsource this project to a 3rd party. This component will need to be implemented within 2 weeks (deadline December 1st). The successfuly candidate will receive a full specification document prior to commencing the project. We will not pay for the development until the VCL component has been delivered to us and meets all the requirements as per the specification. Please note that our VCL slider component is written in C++ Builder, and the Express Org Chart is written in Delphi. The developer of our VCL slider component will be available to assist you.
