CALENDAR with additional features

The project involves creation of a website with the following features: 1) Secure LOG-IN PAGE 2) SEARCH ENGINE 3) CALENDAR (similar to google calendar) 4) CHAT (copy of facebook chat) 5) TO-DO-LIST (similar to google tasks) 6) INVITATION PAGE Secure LOG-IN PAGE will be simple and anonymous, should include: - Login and password - Password recovery - Link to registration (registration page will be a form based page and will contain the following fields: Full Name as text field, Nickname as text field, E-mail address as text field, age as text field, current city as text field) SEARCH ENGINE should allow users to find their friends by inserting their full names, nicknames, e-mail addresses, ages and/or current cities. CALENDAR (copy of Google calendar): to create a new event, the user should be able to click and type/insert: - Name of the event - When (from… to…) - Where - Details - Email reminder option - Privacy settings a) Show others b) Show busy c) Hide CHAT (copy of Facebook chat): the user should be able to: - Open a list that shows available friends - Change the status (available, busy, invisible) and message/description - Chat with up to 8 people at the same time (8 windows opened) - Organize a group chat up to 5 people TO-DO-LIST (similar to Google Tasks): the user should be able to: - Click and type to add new tasks - Set due dates - Check them off as they are done INVITATION PAGE: the users invites guests to take part in the same event: - The list of all invited guests shows up, it should also show all the responses - There is an option to say yes/no/undecided, if yes then the event appears in the calendar of a guest - There is a discussion board below main part of invitation Other requirements for the website: - Editable Profile for each user - Friends' database with access to friends' personal calendars (access can be blocked by the user) - Function to import email addresses from the personal email account or csv file and send member requests (like on facebook) - one simple site I could put articles about time management Design has to be simple but of a high quality. The website should also contain all of the usual things to be enhanced for search engine crawling. The website will not be in English but I will provide all the translations with English equivalents. There may be an opportunity for ongoing work for the winner of this bid in keeping the site up and developing it in the future. I am looking for a long term partnership. I will pay only after 100% work is done, tested and approved. I will not ask for any work that is out of the scope. Provider with the most reasonable quote and sufficient experience wins.
