Auto Click Program

I am looking for a basic auto click program to be made that can be set to click a set time every so many seconds or minutes. (see image for example idea.)

This program must be able to comply with the following:

1) Must come with a simple to use install option for the novice end user.

2) When installing it can not say "The publisher could not be verified. Are you sure you want to run this software" So you must be a verified publisher.

3) Must start and stop with the F10 key only.

4) Must have an option to "save current settings as default"

5) Select between left and right click

6) Have a donate button that will link to a PayPal.

7) Have a small ad sized "iframe" type area where I can place ads or news updates.

8) Other then your publisher information no other mention of anything other then my website info may be visible

9) Must work within the graphical layout that I provide via PSD for you to use.

10) Must work in windows or mac, or will need two separate version one for each OS if one can not work on both.

You must be someone who is experienced and who can be reached in the future for updates, or issues if your program gets blocked by firewall programs and so on. I will provide the graphical layout via PSD and am willing to work with the developer on any changes that might need to be made in order to create a nice looking program. Just to clarify I am NOT looking for a web-based application. I can build that type of set up myself. I am looking for an actual program that can be installed via an .exe on windows and mac, will show a little icon in the task bar and can be open and closed like any other program. So please no more bids on web-based options.
