I need to do accurate measurement with an Arduino.
In my project I need to filter the data acquired by a sonar to avoid unwanted noise.
I'd like also to know if there is a simple hardware solution to reduce the noise.
The ideal candidate is able to program in Arduino's language and has knowledge about electronics.

Hello, your project looks very interesting, how do you receive the data from the sonar? Do you have some samples of the input and output you want to get?
I have done Arduino projects before using sonar sensors. I just need to know how you are planning on connecting the sensors to the Arduino, and which sonars you are planning on using.
I can do it very fast because I also use sonar on my arduino car and arduino ship. I can do it less than 3 days. I only request 250$ (lower limit). I have got an ultrasonic sonar, arduino(Uno&Mega2560).
