Arduino - Integrating Light Meter - Shutter Control

Develop an integrating light meter for pinhole photography.
Pinhole photography requires long exposures (2 sec to 30 min or more). Because exposure times are long, light conditions change, and the idea is to continuously measure light and calculate exposure. The system would open up a shutter mechanism (solenoid, stepper motor with a circular open/shut area, etc.) at the start of exposure, and maintain the shutter open until the light meter had detected enough light to properly expose film. Then the system would close the shutter.
There are resources out there on the web that have done similar projects. Looking for someone that can develop this in the Arduino platform. Here are some resources to look into that would explain much better what I am trying to accomplish:

Sir, We have gone through the links and can do your Project with absolute satisfaction. Regards, Mandeesh Singh
Hi, I had been in linux kernel/driver development, embedded system for last 7 yr. And have been done lot of project , that closely related to what is currently required.
I have good experience on working in Arduino platforms as well as TI embedded systems. I can certainly do the design and coding for this project.
It's a very interesting project. I will be happy to work for you and bring this project to the successful.
