Caller ID Logger - Windows 7

Requirements: A server/daemon to listen to the modem and logs the callerid information once a phone call is received and write it into a database table and reset to receive the next call. Phone number along with timestamp should be recorded instantly. The application should be listening to the modem all the time (will work on a server machine to log all incoming calls and their duration). This is not IP telephony. This is the old good original telephone line, with a fax/modem device. So this project is dead simple if you have done any fax/modem projects before. It is required to provide all the source code along with any libraries used for this. database connectivity should be configure through a configuration file (not coded within). Note: add the word 'CallerIdOrcl' in your proposal title in order to be considered. Typically this will be run on a Windows 7 machine with Oracle XE 11g database with a table specific to log this data. This is simply the requirements so please put an estimated price with your proposal.
