browser plugin

Looking for someone who can make a web browser plugin with website

to run ioquake3.. (GPL quake3 game source code). inside the website users need to be able to get

player stats and connect directly to one of our servers.

The plugin will need to have users download the material (textures, etc) at first visit,

then load the game (executable) from the server, without letting the clients getting the executable client file.

Googles o3d API might be possible to use.

Open for ideas and suggestions. Still in starting fase, anyone willing to make this

happen, let me know your price.
