I have experience keeping event logs with arduino, and even reading from arduino and logging with a vb c# code so, I'm just the right guy for you, what you need to store in log files? Location? Analog data?

I have done tons of similar data logging IoT projects to log temperature, humidity, GPS , accelerometer and it should be fairly straight forward for me to deliver this project.

I have previously used Arduino due board to collect millions of data from the sensor and store in the SD card for future analysis. This was part of my research paper.
