Write a C program that prompts the user to enter as many integers as one wants.
The program will stop asking the user for an integer after the user has entered a zero.
The program will display the following result:
1. total number of negative integers,
2. total number of positive integers,
3. total number of integers entered by the user (excluding zero).
Note: You must NOT add the total number of negative integers and the total number of
positive integers. In other words, you must count all the integers that the
user has entered.
Write a C function that adds all the integers between a and b.
You may assume that a is always less than b.
It returns the sum as a result. Here is the function prototype:
int sum( int a, int b);
For example, sum(1, 5) returns 15 and sum(-15, -11) returns -65.
