The two files [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] contains a sequence of bits arranged in the following manner: 0: 01100111 000 1: 10101001 011 2: 11100110 110 . . . The first task is to read these files and extract the last bits (i.e. after the second space), in this case, the last 3 bits(This could vary) and write these bits in the other file in the format given in inter.txt. Further, compare the first bit of the first group of sequence 0 with the first bit of the second group of sequence 0 and so on with the [login to view URL] the first bit of the first group of sequence 0 and the first bit of the second group of sequence 0 are not the same (ie 01 or 10), then increase the value of the counter with [login to view URL] they are same, then the value of the counter remains the same. Precisely, we need to calculate the hamming distance between the two set of groups in each sequence. Then, we need to write the value of the counter in some other file in the format given in final.txt. PS: The coding should either be done in C or python.
