Add New Pages to an Exist POS System - PI Process

I have an exist POS system ( ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server ) plus ajax and jQuery

I need to add the Business process of Proforma Invoice

the details as below :

1- the content of Proforma Invoice (PI) as attached excel sheet, and the filling of this PI is totally like the normal bills in the exist system that i will shared them with the winner.

2- this PI send to the customers ( like BIQ ) and he may change this PI one time or more ... for each new change or update for the PI it will create new version of the same ID of PI ( Ex: if we have a PI with ID # 5 .... the first version of it should be 1 (means 5-1 ) and if we update this PI then a new the table should have a new record with same ID number and new version number and the new will be ( 5-2 ) and so on .

3- we should have a report should be the same attached excel sheet

4- we should able to send the PI to the customer by an email through the system

i am expecting to have new 3 pages

1- PI Master page.

2- PI Reg & edit.

3- Report page ( with RDLC )
