Decompiler 3D少女カスタムエボリューション scripts - repost

looking for someone who can create a techarts/bullet .TBN decompiler as part of a modding tool kit for 3D少女カスタムエボリューション. please just add this to the existing tool repository of tools for their engine. the format does not appear to have changed. you would likely not have to do this from scratch.
