Block processes from accesing my process in VB.NET

I want to deny other processes from accessing my process by modifying the DACL. I know this is possible: [login to view URL] Some games does it. As you see on my attached project, I've already done a lot of the coding, and when run without elevation it blocks non-elevated programs fine. But I want to block admin-elevated programs too I gues the thing I only need to do is writing a proper: Security Descriptor with the Security Descriptor Definition Language (SDDL)
