With over 12 years of experience developing applications in PHP, MySQL, Codeigniter, HTML, CSS and other internet technologies, I am confident that I can help you develop a custom CRM application to streamline your business process, reduce duplicate work and data and meet your needs. Your requirements are generally clear and I understand your objectives. It will be important for us to determine the correct data you wish to capture in order to develop a comprehensive, accurate and optimised database for your data. I would strongly recommend using an offsite server for your site and database. This provides you with regular daily backups and outsourced expertise to protect your information from loss or failure. All my clients running CRMs use offsite servers. Regarding the barcodes, what standard are you using? I ask as I have just completed a CRM project for packaging manufacturer that produced bar codes using certain specific bar code types. The additional preferences are interesting. User levels are ideal and will be implemented into the system. We can investigate the linkage with Quickbooks, Worldship/USP is an option but I am not sure how deeply we can integrate.
