We have set up a web form to collect some info from website visitors, which is then emailed to the client. We need that info to be formatted in a specific way for printing - so this project is to create an email template that can be printed, including the form data that has been submitted.
Attached is an excel file containing the offline form - when completed / printed, the email should look as close to this as possible.
The template should be printable from outlook & gmail - I will test that it works in both. Payment will be 50% at start 50% at end of project.
