I have configured IVR on cisco 2921 using vxml.

It should work so:

1) incoming call -

2) playing .wav file -

3.1) redirect to internal number 101

or

3.2) a caller can dial 3-digit internal number.

But after playing .wav file the incoming call is dropped instead of redirecting to 101

It's necessary to fix it and to configure cisco 2921 to get working
