Clad Genius Expert to Set UP My System

I need help in setting up my copy of Clad Genius for to post 10 ads / day today. I will grow this to 100 ads per day shortly, but 10 ads / day is my starting point. The freelancer must SPEAK EXCELLENT ENGLISH and have used Clad recently. Please do not bid if this is not your talent. Specific help needed: 1) Setting up and using Geo-Targeted IP addresses. I have private IPs and a Verizon USB modem, but may need to set up a different way of accessing internet. ( RSDL, dial up, etc.) 2) Creating the PVA’s. I have phone numbers 3) Automated Captcha service. 4) Actual posting for the first 2 days using my PC and team viewer. I will want to initially post 10 unique ads in the service section of 5 different cities daily. The cities include: Phoenix, AZ: Denver, CO: Las Vegas, NV, Los Angeles, CA and Orlando,FL. This is a total of 10 ads posted per day without ghosting using my Clad Genius software. I have the image ads already complete. This would be the first milestone. I am looking for an experience poster familiar with the software. I will probably require 3-5 hours of your time and knowledge in the first phase of this project. Later I will want more time as I grow the ads I post.
