Bangalore SECRETARY / ADMIN ASSISTANT NEEDED

Chicago USA based IT consultancy needs a VIRTUAL SECRETARY for it's CEO. Candidate must have the following qualifcations, listed in order from most important first: 1. Completely available - no other commitments. 2. AWESOME PERSONALITY! Personality is everything. 3. Pleasent telephone voice. 4. Ability to write well. 5. Good overal knowlege of IT preferred. The person will work as an independent contractor AND IS NOT AN EMPLOYEE. We are looking for someone to respond to e-mails, telephone calls, draft letters, prepare Powerpoint presentations. You will be working from your home, and will oversee ongoing projects located around the world. The ideal candidate will be a modern thinker, multi-tasker, young (18 to 25), person who is able to dedicate herself 100% to assisting a very busy CEO. The CEO spends more time in International locations than at the office and requires someone who is VERY dependable and can use quick judgment to work independently. If the CEO is happy with the work provided, and the candidate is interested in relocating, company will sponsor HB1 Visa to relocate Candidate to the Chicago or other International office, such as London. Pay is based upon experience and motivation of employee. If the employee is HIGHLY MOTIVATED and willing to obtain continuing classes/seminars on areas that she is not experienced, and willing to do whatever it takes to make herself the best secreary/admin assistant possible, that will highly affect compensation. Pay: $200 USD per moth to $500.00 USD per month, depending upon qualifications and expectations above.
