Adsense site earning daily between $5 to S7 Needed

Project is for - surajsince2001 We need a ready made profitable niche website generating an income thought Google adsense. The site must be earning between $5 to $7 per day. Conditions: 1. Domain and hosting on a dedicated server will be provided. 2. Site must run on wordpress. 3. Site must contain unique content/articles and having a starting amount of articles of atleast 25 posts. Each article will be verified with copyscape tool. 4. You will be responsible for the SEO optimisation and doing the proper keyword work on the articles. 5. Any niche is acceptable except those not allowed by Adsense TOS such as gambling, pharma, violence, sex and porn. (I'll prefer that you propose the niche to me then I'll choose and let you know which I prefer). 6. Site must totally abide to Adsense TOS! 7. All articles and work will be copyrighted to me after the work is done. 8. No black hat seo or any other unacceptable tricks. 9. I can also offer premium themes for this site (optional). I have wpdavinci and any themes from elegant themes to offer for this project. 10. To bid, place your bid amount along with the word "THE WORK" so that I know you have read this description properly. 11. PM me the details as to how you will proceed and within how many days you expect the site to be earning the expected revenue as well as some sample niche you plan to use and I will pinpoint one among them. 12. PM Details how you plan to drive traffic. Only real organic traffic is allowed. No bots no paid clickers and so on! 13. PM samples of website you have previously worked as proof. Only experience bidders bid please. 14. Payment will be done as followed: $100 as soon as the domain and site is set up. And the remaining amount will be paid at the end of the project that is when the site is earning the $5 to $7 ATLEAST daily over more than 30 days. 15. Payment will only be done if the expected earning is reached and be consistent. If the project fails, you will be able to take back the work and well, I'll pay you a fix $10 just for your effort in trying it. 16. Adsense account will be provided. I will be using a plugin to rotate multiple accounts as this is a small team project. But the overall earning per day for all the accounts must be atleast $5 to $7 or more. 17.
