Application Help Documentation

We need someone to write the documentation and help files for our project management system.

We want it written in both html and PDF files. Also provide us with the ability to edit it in the future so please tell me in your proposal what applications you will be using to develop these documents.

There will be 3 different documents for:

1. Administrators

2. Developers

3. Customers

We will set up a administrator username and password so you can work directly on our server, we will not be providing the source code.

You will need to have good written english and be able to dedicate your full attention to this project, you will need to provide us with a daily update of what you have done and are required to work a minimum of 5 days a week. You need to be able to work alone without asking trivial questions as full access to the program is provided, we will be available to answer technical questions.

We will comment as the project progresses on some of the functionality if it hasn't been written.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
