Attention: FORTRAN programmers

**CALLING ALL FORTRAN PROGRAMMERS!!!!

I need someone to _FINISH writing AN ALMOST COMPLETE FORTRAN 90/95 PROGRAM (Prisoners Dilemma)_ , and do a _3 PAGE_ report on it saying how it works, what methods have been used etc.

(Its not compiling, the syntax needs to be checked and perfected. )

**I will provide the program once the bid is accepted.

I AM PAYING VERY WELL FOR THIS DUE TO THE TIGHT DEADLINE:

The following describes the Project I am trying to complete.

REMEMBER: I just need someone who _understands Fortran 90/95 very well,_ and can complete the program by perfecting the syntax and compiling it. IOW, the program **MUST FULLY WORK** . You will then need to fully understand what is going on in the program and simply write around a 3 page report on the prisoners dilemma strategies, the methods used etc.

This is *very* simple stuff for a programmer. I am not a programmer, but I MUST have this completed by Tuesday.

I really need this done on time. If you can't meet the deadline, please don't bid - you will not get paid.

It is not difficult by any means, but will require your full unwavering attention for 2days.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
