The content should build on the ideas set out in module 1, as the learner sweeps through the history. The learner will gain an insight on how light effects colour, fabrics and surfaces. An understanding of the technical and aesthetic possibilities of ambient, decorative and task lighting will be provided. **Module 6: Furniture - Parts 1 & 2** Using references from module 2 (The History of Style Decoration and Architecture), this module will survey the world of furniture and its many uses and applications.?
