We've developed a new application which is very similar to Microsoft BizTalk. Basically it's an XML Messaging Application with workflow support - the main modules relate to schema design, XML map design, workflow design (WWF), forms configuration and port configuration. There's also support for flat-file conversion and integration with Outlook and SharePoint. Microsoft Visual Studio for Applications is licensed as part of this application for bespoke coding where required.
The application is essentially self-contained and easy to understand and configure. We have a partially completed help file giving most of the information required.
We require somebody to :
- Create a new user-friendly help file for the application from scratch, covering all major areas of functionality and common use cases. This help file should be developed in RoboHelp (we can supply this software) in HTML (.CHM) form, and appropriate use should be made of multimedia technologies (e.g. using Adobe Captivate to record screen video when illustrating 'How-to' tasks). This help file also needs to include a beginners tutorial topic, and at least one beginning to end sample as appropriate. The existing help file can be used as a source of reference. It should use style-sheets so we can adjust the look and feel as required. About 100 topics are envisaged, some brief.
- User test all areas of the application, testing each area in depth as the corresponding help topic/s are written, and advise on any bugs or inconsistencies found, or where any room for improvement is identified. All bugs are to be reported in detail with full steps to reproduce so we can efficiently address them.
See additional notes.

I also forgot to mention that a reasonable existing grasp of XML and a willingness to learn some advanced XML concepts is a requirement. Thanks, Ben.
## Platform
To be developed on RoboHelp as a HTML project - we will supply a copy of this software if required to the winning bidder. RoboHelp is very intuitive to use and there's not really a learning curve.
