Affiliate Marketing Help Needed- Forum Posters, etc.

I am looking for a long-term virtual assistant, link builder, web promoter who will commit themselves to help build traffic to my web links through forum posting, link building etc. Someone who can write in good English is needed for this position. You will need to creatively compose copy around the link, talking up the link in a positive light on relevant forums throughout the USA. Then the link will direct people to the link for more information. For example, our link for homeowner's insurance quotes can be used to post in forums discussing homes, home buying, homeowner's insurance, etc. A posting can be written that says something similar to, "I found a great resource for homeowner's quotes at www.xxxx". The preferred method is to seek out local newspapers online throughout the USA that allow for comments on news stories. Then find the news stories related to our top paying referral links and post a comment pointing to the link. This position will be on a 2 WEEK trial basis to start, but could develop into a full time position with more responsibility and more tasks. I am looking to pay based on performance. If you do not perform, the relationship will be ended. There is a tremendous income opportunity available for the right person. Please be specific in your pay requirements for this trial period.
